DESCRIPTION :

From Lausanne airport, a 7-seat Swiss Pilatus PC-12 will take you for a half-hour scenic flight over the Alps  to Lugano airport. There, your Ferrari Portofino convertible is waiting for you to discover Italian and Eastern Switzerland, and cross some of the most legendary passes in the Swiss Alps. An epicurean journey mixing good food, sensational landscapes in the Alps, selected activities and charming hotels.

PROGRAMM :

Day 1

Arrival at Geneva Airport. Welcome reception and private transfer to Lausanne

at hotel Beau-Rivage Palace 5*. A three minutes’ walk will take you to the Olympic Museum.

Day 2 

Departure from Lausanne on your private flight to Lugano, where a splendid car will await you: a Ferrari Portofino convertible. Night at Grand Hotel Villa Castagnola 5*.

 

Day 3

Departure for Graubünden over the legendary San Bernardino Pass and then on to the Splügen Pass to reach the Italian village of Chiavenna. Overnight in the charming village of Soglio at Hotel Palazzo Salis 4*.

Day 4

Visit the Ciäsa Granda Ethnographic Museum and some works by Alberto Giacometti. Drive to the famous town of St-Moritz passing over the Maloja pass. You will visit the Segantini Museum devoted to the Italian artist Giovanni Segantini. Night at Hotel Waldhaus Sils 5*.

Day 5-6

Hike through the Swiss National Park, to admire the unique flora and fauna of the Upper Engadin, such as deer, ibex, marmots and chamois. Visit Zuoz, whose houses display typical oriel windows and sgraffiti decorations and some of the villages of lower Engadin: Val Müstair, Susch, Guarda, Sent, Tarasp where you will visit art museums, a medieval castle and beautiful painted Engadin houses. Nights at Hotel Waldhaus Sils 5*.

Day 7

Take the cable car up to Diavolezza, a 3000m summit, where you will go on a guided glacier hike to get insight into various natural phenomena such as crevasses and moraine formation. Return to Sils-Maria to visit the Nietzsche Museum. Night at Hotel Waldhaus Sils 5*.

 

Day 8

Hike to Grevasalvas, the village where the film Heidi was made, on the slopes above Sils. After a good lunch at Plaun da Lei on a terrace along the lake of Sils, drive to Samedan Airport, the highest in Europe, and take off for Lausanne on your private flight. Upon arrival, transfer by car to Geneva Airport or the destination of your choice.

 

Options: 

1) From Samedan, fly to Saanen Airport to spend a few days in Gstaad for a balloon flight over the Alps.

2) According to your preference or the size of your party, you can choose another type of vehicle, with or without a driver.
